No Activation or Password Reset Email arrives

Description

After successfully filling out the registration form for a Qlik ID on Qlik.com, no Activation email arrives to activate the Qlik ID Account.

OR:

After previous successful registration for a Qlik ID on Qlik.com, no Password Reset email arrives when attempting to reset the password.  

Resolution

Troubleshooting steps: 
  1. Check if the Activation or Password Reset email arrived to your Spam/Junk folder
  2. Check with your internal IT if Qlik-Mails were blacklisted by your Mail-Server Firewall and ensure that "qlik.com" and "sendgrid.net" (This is the third party app Qlik Account is using to send activation and password reset email) are added to your safe senders list
  3. Then trigger a new Activation/Password Reset email: go here and enter your Qlik ID or email address and click "Find My Username/Password"
If the Activation or Password Reset email still does not arrive to your email inbox, go to the Support Portal on Qlik.com and log a Case with the Customer support Team providing your Qlik ID.
