Unable to Login to the Partner Portal

For partners with previous partner portal access who may suddenly receive an error message when attempting to access it, do the following to resolve:  
  1. Log out of the Partner Portal and Qlik.com
  2. Log back into the partner portal via: http://partners.qlik.com
