NPrinting report preview returns "CefSharp Exception..." or "CEF rendering exception" error.

While previewing an NPrinting report for data coming from Qlik Sense, the following errors may be seen:
The preview request failed with message: Object <objID> of Sense app <appID> failed to render.
ERROR: CEF rendering exception. GRPC rendering request failed, error: Once or more errors occurred
OR
The preview request failed with message: CefSharp Exception. Remote code could not be executed, error: The last attempt to log into https://<QlikSenseServerFQDN>/ was less than a minute(s) ago. Retrying past this interval
Environment:
The preview request failed with message: Object <objID> of Sense app <appID> failed to render.

OR

Environment:
- Qlik NPrinting all versions
- Qlik Sense all versions
Cause
The issue may occur when NPrinting needs to connect to a https custom proxy and/or port for Qlik Sense and the NPrinting Connection configuration does not include the proper port.
Resolution
Modify the connection to have the correct port identifier in the proxy address.
Example:
Proxy Address: https://servername.domain.local:<portnumber>.
