Description

If you are interested in purchasing a new license, this article will direct you to the best contact to assist you.

 

Resolution

Scenario one:
You are an existing Customer, having previously purchased license directly from Qlik and wish to purchase additional licenses or CAL's:
  • Please contact your Account Manager. If you are unsure who the Account Manager is for your company, contact Qoncierge via the Support Portal found here.

Scenario two:
You are an existing Customer and purchased your licenses through a third party (not directly from Qlik) and wish to purchase additional licenses or CAL's:
  • Please contact your Responsible Partner from which you previously purchased licenses. If you are unsure who your Responsible Partner is, contact Qoncierge via the Support Portal found here.

Scenario three:
You are a prospective customer, having never purchased Qlik licenses before and are interested in learning more about Qlik products and making a purchase:
  • From the Qlik.com homepage, you may either start a conversation with a representative via Live Chat or by calling/emailing a representative using the contact information at the bottom of the Qlik.com Homepage (see below).
